ON THE FIELD
Greg Vaughn’s career spanned 17 years when it was said and done, he retired with 355 home runs, and well over 1000 RBI’s. Before hanging up his spikes at age 38, Vaughn was a 4x All-Star and a Silver Slugger Award Winner.
Greg was born July 3, 1965, attended high school in Sacramento, CA and college at the University of Miami. During his professional career he played for the Milwaukee Brewers (1989–96), San Diego Padres (1996–98), Cincinnati Reds (1999), Tampa Bay Devil Rays (2000–02) and Colorado Rockies (2003).


OFF THE FIELD
Greg Vaughn is 916-4-LIFE™ and he formed the Vaughn’s Valley Foundation™ (VVF) in Sacramento, CA to focus his support on the community. The Foundation’s goal is to raise needed funds and to use their resources to offer positive exposure to community organizations supporting at-risk youth and T1D education.
Greg’s non-profit and business vision has always been focused on future. How can we help the future generation in the present time.
Greg currently resides in Sacramento and Las Vegas. He has three children, Cory (30), Genay (23) and Greg Jr (20). Additionally, he has one grandson, Major.
